Your Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return an item.
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
4. Send the item back to us (you are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described).
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. For vintage and antique items, this means the same condition as described in the listing — we don't expect perfection, just honesty.

Items that have been damaged after delivery, or are returned in a significantly different condition, may not be eligible for a full refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us immediately with photos. We will:

• Arrange a full refund including original postage
• Cover the cost of return postage
• Or offer a replacement/exchange where possible

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

Large Items & Furniture

For large items and furniture, please inspect carefully upon delivery. If there are any issues, contact us within 48 hours. Due to the nature and cost of shipping large items, returns may be subject to a restocking fee unless the item is faulty or not as described.
